About Me

A native of San Francisco, Vicky Choy has a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts in Film and Television from the UCLA’s Producers Program. She served as Vice-President of Movies and Miniseries at Citadel Entertainment, an HBO and AllianceAtlantis company.

As a screenwriter, Vicky was selected to be a finalist in the 2004 Disney-ABC One Hour Drama Writing Fellowship and a finalist in the 2010 Nickelodeon Comedy Writing Fellowship.

Vicky has experience as a content marketing writer/producer in various subjects ranging from corporate social responsibility to pop culture to aerospace (however, she is not a rocket scientist). She served as the Head of Content for consumer tech company, LeEco U.S. where she managed the in-house creative services agency.  As the Senior Manager of Global Storytelling for World Vision, an international children's charity, Vicky produced a slate of original documentary videos to amplify the company’s global impact. She also worked as a Content Marketing Manager on the Brand team at Artera/WELL Health, a healthcare tech company.

When she's not helping a company capture more leads, amplify their position in the marketplace or promote their products, like most writers, Vicky is writing a book and several screenplays.
